Refund policy

Every Baandish Looms creation embodies time, skill, and the individuality of handcrafted textiles. Many pieces are produced in limited quantities or prepared specifically upon order.

We encourage thoughtful selection before purchase.

Returns

We do not offer returns for refunds once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, except in exceptional circumstances as outlined below.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be accommodated only if:
• The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• A request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery
• The garment remains unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact

Each request is reviewed with care and subject to approval.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange
• Made-to-measure or customised garments
• Altered pieces
• Limited-edition or one-of-a-kind items (unless defective)
• Accessories and intimate apparel
• Items purchased during special sales or promotions

Refunds

Refunds are issued only when:
• An exchange is not possible due to unavailability, or
• Baandish Looms is unable to fulfil the order

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
